National Site Manager - Industrial Woodworking MachineryOwn end-to-end onsite management and coordination of installation teams across Stiles projects nationally. Lead field crews and subcontractors from mobilization through commissioning and startup. Serve as the primary point of contact on-site coordinating between customers, project managers, engineering, and service teams. Drive fulfillment of contractually agreed installation terms, on time and on scope. Track quality, document defects, and lead resolution of installation issues before they become customer problems. Manage site budgets and supplier costs, including additional and reduced scope changes. Lead on-site meetings with internal teams, suppliers, and customers. Ensure safety and compliance protocols are in place and followed every site, every time. Document progress through weekly reports and milestone updates with your Project Manager.What You'll Bring Technical background in mechatronics, electrical engineering, master craftsman certification, or equivalent hands-on experience in complex industrial equipment. Proven experience as a site manager for large-scale machines and systems. Knowledge of panel processing, furniture, or cabinet production a real differentiator here. Strong leadership presence with the ability to manage field crews and subcontractors across concurrent projects. Sharp communication skills you're the face of Stiles on every job site. Proficiency in MS Office and comfort picking up proprietary systems. Willingness to travel extensively, domestically and internationally this is a road role and you already know that's where you do your best work.
