This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who thrives in a growing manufacturing environment and is committed to safety, reliability, and continuous improvement. Leadership experience is preferred, but we are willing to develop the right candidate who demonstrates strong technical ability and initiative.Key Responsibilities:Lead and support maintenance activities during 1st shift operationsTroubleshoot, repair, and maintain a wide range of industrial equipmentInterpret and work from electrical schematics and technical drawingsDiagnose and repair issues involving PLC's, automation systems, and electronic controlsPerform maintenance on hydraulic and pneumatic systemsEnsure equipment uptime and support production efficiencyUtilize work order and maintenance management software to track and complete tasksPromote and enforce a strong safety cultureMentor and guide maintenance team members as neededRequired Qualifications:Proficiency in electrical systems, electronics, and schematic readingWorking knowledge of PLC's and industrial automation systemsExperience with hydraulics and pneumaticsHands-on experience with manufacturing equipment such as CNC machines, lathes, routers, saws, drills, punches, dies, or similarExperience using work order or CMMS softwareStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsPreferred Qualifications:Previous leadership or supervisor experience (or demonstrated leadership potential)Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environmentReady to be part of an exciting, innovative team?
