Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Accounting Manager, located in Madison, IN. The Accounting Manager will be responsible for overseeing the preparation of financial statements, managing journal entries, tracking and maintaining fixed assets, and analyzing financial data to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations. The individual will lead a team, ensure timely reporting, and support financial decision-making processes within the organization. Qualifications Strong knowledge of Financial Statements and experience in managing financial reporting processesProficiency in Analytical Skills and ability to interpret complex financial dataExperience with Journal Entries and practical knowledge in accounting practicesUnderstanding of Finance principles and methodsExpertise in tracking and managing Fixed AssetsBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or CMA certification is a plusExcellent problem-solving skills and attention to detailStrong leadership abilities with effective communication and team management skillsProficiency in accounting software and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
