Roles and Responsibilities: Architect and implement backend infrastructure for secure, scalable AI platforms Build BYOC (Bring Your Own Cloud) and Multi-Single Tenant capabilities for regulated enterprise environments Develop features and integrations for large-scale SaaS/AI deployments Maintain and optimize Kubernetes, AWS, Terraform, Helm Charts, PostgreSQL, vector databases, and CI/CD systems (Argo/Flux) Collaborate closely with frontend, product, and security teams to ship production features quickly and securely Mentor engineers and establish best practices for backend and infrastructure development Job Requirements: 5 to 10 years of backend and infrastructure engineering experience Proven track record in startups scaling from 110, ideally in regulated industries (healthcare, fintech, government) Proficient in Python, TypeScript, React, Next.js AppSec and cybersecurity fundamentals baked into engineering approach Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Argo, Flux) Clear motivation for joining an early-stage, high-growth AI company Interview Process: Recruiter / Leadership Intro Technical Screen Take-home or Whiteboard Tech Challenge Final Onsite / Deep Technical & Cultural Fit Not Required: C2C Candidates Job Hoppers (frequent short stints in roles).
