IT Project Manager

We are looking for an IT Project Manager who can coordinate technical projects from planning through completion. The role works closely with engineering, operations, and customer success teams to make sure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with clear communication to clients. This position is well suited for someone who understands infrastructure and cloud environments but also enjoys organizing people, schedules, and deliverables. The project manager will be responsible for coordinating engineers, communicating with customers and project stakeholders, and keeping projects moving forward. Responsibilities · Manage multiple IT infrastructure and cloud projects at the same time · Run project kickoff meetings · Assist in defining project scope and timelines · Coordinate engineers, vendors, and client stakeholders · Track progress, identify risks, and resolve blockers · Provide clear status updates to clients and internal leadership · Manage expectations around timelines and deliverables · Ensure projects follow internal implementation standards · Help improve project processes, documentation, and templates · Must be able to work with a flexible schedule dictated by project requirements (Nights and Weekends) Types of Projects · Microsoft 365 and Exchange migrations · Azure and cloud infrastructure deployments · Endpoint management deployments such as Intune or Entra ID · Network and firewall implementations · Tenant‑to‑tenant migrations · Client onboarding and infrastructure standardization · Endpoint rollouts and workstation deployments Qualifications · 3+ years managing IT or infrastructure projects · Experience working with systems engineers or technical teams · Strong communication and organizational skills · Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects · Comfort working with clients and internal stakeholders Preferred Experience · Experience in a managed services provider (MSP) environment · Microsoft 365 or Azure migrations · Experience with PSA or project tools such as ConnectWise, Halo, or Monday · PMP, ITIL, or similar project management certification What Success Looks Like · Projects are delivered on time and within scope · Clients feel informed and confident throughout the project · Engineers have clear direction and priorities · Project documentation and processes continue to improve Pay: From $75,000.00 per year Benefits: 401(k) Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Work Location: Hybrid remote in Cheshire, CT 06410
