Need fluent French speaker.Details:Job Description – Senior SME – HR & Payroll FranceRole PurposeThe Senior SME – HR & Payroll France acts as the functional authority for French HR Operations and Payroll. The role ensures regulatory compliance, payroll accuracy, and operational continuity across all France-specific HR and payroll activities, while serving as the highest escalation point for complex cases, audits, and payroll-critical issues.Key Responsibilities – France HR & Payroll ExpertisePrimary SME for French labor law, payroll, and statutory compliance.Ownership of France-specific HR lifecycle processes (hires, contracts, terminations, absences, working time).Ensure correct application of Collective Bargaining Agreements (CCN).Payroll Governance & ComplianceFunctional validation and sign-off of payroll-critical transactions.Oversight of DSN, URSSAF, Net-Entreprises, and statutory declarations.Audit support and proactive compliance risk management.Escalation & Critical Case ManagementFinal escalation point for complex or high-risk France HR/payroll cases.Direct support during payroll close to prevent errors or regulatory exposure.Process Excellence & Knowledge ManagementMaintain France SOPs, job aids, and regulatory documentation.Drive standardization and identify automation opportunities with compliance focus.Stakeholder ManagementFunctional reference for client discussions and governance forums.Support Delivery Leads during escalations and compliance reviews.Qualifications & Experience• Fluent French (mandatory) and professional English• 8–10+ years experience in France HR Operations and Payroll• Strong knowledge of French labor law and payroll regulations• Experience with HRIS / Payroll systems (e.g., ADP, Workday, SAP)If interested, please share your resume at dilwar.h@i-q.co
