The Senior SME – HR & Payroll France acts as the functional authority for French HR Operations and Payroll. The role ensures regulatory compliance, payroll accuracy, and operational continuity across all France-specific HR and payroll activities, while serving as the highest escalation point for complex cases, audits, and payroll-critical issues.• Fluent French (mandatory) and professional English• 8–10+ years experience in France HR Operations and Payroll• Strong knowledge of French labor law and payroll regulations• Experience with HRIS / Payroll systems (e.g., ADP, Workday, SAP)
