Land Development Project Manager (Pittsburgh)

Our client is seeking a Land Development Project Manager to lead a variety of commercial, residential, mixed-use, industrial, and institutional development projects. This role offers the opportunity to manage projects from concept through construction while working closely with clients, regulatory agencies, and internal engineering teams.Key ResponsibilitiesManage land development projects through planning, design, permitting, and construction support phases.Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, municipalities, and regulatory agencies.Oversee the preparation and review of site development plans, grading, drainage, utilities, and stormwater management designs.Lead project schedules, budgets, staffing, and quality control efforts to ensure successful delivery.Mentor junior staff and support client relationship management and business development initiatives.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.PE license preferred or ability to obtainStrong knowledge of site design, grading, drainage, utilities, and permitting processes.Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D and excellent communication and leadership skills.Compensation & BenefitsCompetitive base salary.Annual performance bonus opportunity.Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage.401(k) with employer contribution.Professional development support and career advancement opportunities.
