Work includes office collaboration, client coordination, and periodic field visits to project sites.Safety & Compliance RequirementsThis position may be designated as safety-sensitive depending on client and project assignments. Employees may operate company vehicles, work in field environments, and must comply with all RETTEW safety policies and procedures.Position Summary / What You'll DoAs a Project Manager supporting RETTEW's Land Development Team, you will lead or support land development projects from the proposal stage through planning, design, and construction. Projects may include residential, commercial, industrial, institutional, and mixed-use developments.Depending on experience level, you will manage project scope, schedules, budgets, and client relationships while coordinating internal teams and external stakeholders.
