We are looking for an experienced fabricator / finish carpenter who understands fine woodworking and can consistently produce polished, high-quality work.Position SummaryWe are seeking a skilled Custom Millwork Fabricator with 3–5 years of experience in architectural millwork, cabinetry, or high-end finish carpentry. This is not a general construction framing position — we are looking for a detail-oriented craftsman who takes pride in precision fabrication, clean assembly, and professional finishes.The ideal candidate has experience working in a millwork or cabinet shop environment, can read shop drawings, operate woodworking machinery safely, and maintain high quality standards throughout production.Responsibilities* Fabricate and assemble custom cabinetry, millwork, and architectural woodwork* Read and interpret shop drawings, cut lists, and production plans* Operate woodworking equipment including table saws, edge banders, sanders, routers, planers, and CNC support equipment* Perform detailed assembly, fitting, sanding, and finishing preparation* Maintain tight tolerances and high-quality craftsmanship standards* Assist with material handling, organization, and shop cleanliness* Work collaboratively with project managers, installers, and other fabricators* Identify and solve fabrication issues proactively* Ensure all work is completed safely, accurately, and efficientlyQualifications* 3–5 years of experience in custom millwork, cabinetry, woodworking, or finish carpentry* Strong understanding of woodworking tools, machinery, and fabrication techniques* Ability to read and interpret shop drawings and specifications* Experience with high-end residential or commercial millwork preferred* Strong attention to detail and commitment to craftsmanship* Ability to work independently and as part of a team* Reliable, punctual, and professional attitude* Physical ability to lift materials and stand for extended periodsPreferred Experience* Experience in a custom cabinet or architectural millwork shop* Knowledge of veneers, laminates, hardwoods, and finishing prep* CNC experience is a plus* Installation experience is helpful but not requiredWhat We Offer* Competitive pay based on experience* Steady, full-time work* Opportunity to work on premium custom projects* Professional shop environment* Growth opportunities within the companyCompensationCompensation based on experience and skill level.ScheduleFull-timeMonday–Friday
