Human Resources GeneralistOur client, a leading organization in the Irvine, CA area, is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to join their team. As a Human Resources Generalist, you will be part of the HR department supporting various HR functions. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization. Location: Irvine, CA (Hybrid) Pay Range: $37-$40/hr Shift: 8 am - 5 pm What's the Job? Support the administration of HR programs and initiatives across the department. Handle employment-related inquiries from employees and supervisors, referring complex matters appropriately. Manage all voluntary employee separations, including exit interviews, equipment retrieval, and access removal. Process new employee information and employment changes within the HRIS system, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Assist with compliance activities, including maintaining labor law posters and participating in audits and inquiries. What's Needed? Minimum of a BA or BS degree in Administration, Human Resources, or a related field, or equivalent work experience. At least three (3) years of professional HR experience in operations, employee relations, or benefits administration. Experience managing core HRIS technology and generating reports. Knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations. Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills. What's in it for me?
