Sumeru Inc is seeking an experienced Instructional Designer to analyze and develop technical training curriculum and learning assets. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in instructional design, strong project management skills, and proficiency in Articulate Storyline and Microsoft Office.
You will conduct needs assessments, partner with SMEs, and design ILT, VILT, and eLearning content. A bachelor’s degree in a related field is required, and experience in industries such as Utility, Healthcare, or Military is preferred.
