Senior Power Platform & AI Solutions ConsultantPosition OverviewWe are seeking a highly experienced Senior Power Platform & AI Solutions Consultant with deep expertise in designing, developing, and delivering enterprise-grade solutions utilizing the Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem and modern AI technologies such as Gemini and Claude.This role requires a senior-level professional who can independently lead solution design efforts, engage directly with business stakeholders, and deliver scalable, high-impact solutions in fast-paced enterprise environments. Candidates should be comfortable operating autonomously or within small agile teams while providing strategic guidance, technical leadership, and knowledge transfer to client organizations.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, architect, and develop enterprise solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem, including dashboards, reports, workflows, automations, and integrations.Build scalable and maintainable business solutions leveraging cloud technologies, data analytics, and AI-enabled capabilities.Work directly with stakeholders to gather requirements, define business objectives, and translate needs into technical solutions.Lead solution discovery sessions, technical workshops, and architecture discussions with both technical and non-technical audiences.Develop and optimize integrations across enterprise systems, APIs, cloud services, and data platforms.Utilize AI tools such as Gemini, Claude, and other LLM technologies to enhance solution development, automation, and productivity.Create and refine prompts, AI workflows, and intelligent automation processes utilizing modern generative AI platforms.Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and knowledge transfer to internal teams and stakeholders.Troubleshoot complex technical issues and apply strong analytical and problem-solving skills to deliver effective solutions.Collaborate within nimble project teams while maintaining ownership and accountability for deliverables.Required QualificationsSenior-level experience designing and developing solutions within the Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem.Proven experience building multiple enterprise solutions including dashboards, reports, automations, workflows, and integrated business applications.Strong hands-on coding and technical development experience.Demonstrated analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.Experience working independently or leading workstreams within small agile teams.Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills.Ability to communicate effectively with executives, business users, and technical teams.Experience utilizing Gemini as a primary AI tool.Familiarity with Claude and other AI/LLM platforms, prompt engineering, and generative AI concepts.Strong experience with the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, including collaboration and productivity tools.Experience with Microsoft Copilot or similar AI productivity platforms.Background in data analytics, cloud technologies, and enterprise integrations.Preferred QualificationsExperience delivering consulting or contractor-based engagements within large enterprise environments.Exposure to enterprise architecture, governance, and best practices for scalable low-code solutions.Familiarity with cloud platforms and modern API/integration frameworks.Experience supporting digital transformation or AI modernization initiatives.Ideal Candidate ProfileThe ideal candidate is a senior consultant who combines strong technical depth with business-facing communication skills.
