You'll work at the intersection of architecture, engineering, and security—partnering with cross-functional teams to design systems that are scalable, resilient, and built for the demands of real-time trading at scale. You must be energized by hard infrastructure problems, passionate about cloud-native design, and eager to leave a lasting technical mark on a high-growth platform.Required15+ years in cloud infrastructure or platform engineering, with at least 5 years focused on architecting multi-tenant SaaS or PaaS platforms in production — not PoCs, real tenants with real SLAsExpert-level proficiency with AWS/GCP and its core services (EKS, VPC, IAM, CloudFront, RDS, S3, and beyond)Deep, hands-on Kubernetes experience — network policies, service mesh, workload identity, and autoscaling in environments where failure has consequencesStrong command of infrastructure as code and modern CI/CD tooling, with a track record of driving consistency, repeatability, and auditability across environmentsProven ability to design tenant isolation at scale — you understand silo, pool, and bridge patterns and know when to use each based on risk, cost, and compliance tradeoffsSolid cloud security instincts: zero-trust architecture, mTLS, secrets management, IAM least-privilege, and network segmentation in regulated environmentsExperience designing for compliance — SOC 2 Type II, ISO 27001, or equivalent financial-sector frameworks — and you know what audit-readiness actually requires day to dayClear, confident communicator who can write an ADR engineers act and walk an IT head through the same designSelf-directed and comfortable driving architecture forward independentlyA hands-on builder at heart: equally at home whiteboarding a multi-tenant isolation model and reviewing a Terraform plan or Kubernetes event log in a live incidentDesiredCapital markets or wealth management domain knowledge — OMS, portfolio workflows, market data feeds, or custodian connectivity gives you a meaningful head startExperience building or integrating white-label SaaS products or multi-brand platform environmentsFamiliarity with event-driven architectures in high-throughput financial contextsExposure to clearing and settlement connectivityProficiency in Python, Go, or similar for infrastructure automation and internal toolingBenefits:Healthcare insurance for you and your family (medical, dental, vision).Short / Long term disability insurance.Life Insurance.Accidental death & disability Insurance.401K.3 weeks of Paid Time Off.Support and fee coverage for immigration needs.Remote office set up stipend.Support for industry certifications.Additional cash incentives.Re-skilling opportunities to transition between technologies.Schedule: Monday to FridayWork Mode: HybridJob Type: Full-timeWe are: A high end technical consulting firm built and run by highly qualified technologists.
