Experience Desired Dynamic Content Optimization (DCO) experience (5+ yrs) Experience with Workfront (or similar project management system) (5+ yrs) Digital process management (5+ yrs) Familiarity with ad-serving platforms such as Google Ad Manager, DoubleClick, or similar (5+ yrs) Knowledge of digital ad formats, including display, video, and mobile ads (5+ yrs) Deep knowledge of Innovid (formerly Flashtalking) (3+ yrs) Familiar with agency/studio operations and email data tagging (3+ yrs) Required Education Bachelor's degree in a tech-related field Required Skills, Experience, & Abilities 5+ years of experience in digital process management. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders. Familiarity with ad-serving platforms such as Google Ad Manager, DoubleClick, or similar. Knowledge of digital ad formats, including display, video, and mobile ads. Deep knowledge of Innovid (formerly Flashtalking). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. Familiar with agency/studio operations and email data tagging. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and shifting priorities. Experience with Workfront (or similar project management system). Role & Responsibilities Manage all DCO projects. Partner closely with client partners for seamless DCP delivery. Support Innovid developer to provide clear, actionable data for development. Communicate blockers to client leadership immediately. Collaborate with client team leads regarding DCO status.
