The Maintenance Supervisor will oversee daily maintenance operations, including equipment inspections, preventive maintenance tasks, and repair work. Responsibilities also include organizing maintenance schedules, ensuring compliance with safety protocols, supervising team members, and troubleshooting equipment issues to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the Detroit Windsor Tunnel.QualificationsStrong Supervisory Skills, including team leadership, coordination, and performance managementExpertise in equipment maintenance, preventive maintenance, and general maintenance & RepairProficiency in troubleshooting to quickly identify and resolve technical and mechanical issuesExcellent organizational and time management skillsStrong commitment to safety standards and protocolsPrevious experience in facility or infrastructure maintenance is preferredHigh school diploma or equivalent required; technical or trade certification is a plusLicensed commercial electrician with 5+ years of experience
