This inaugural administrative dyad leader will work in partnership with the Chief Medical Officer to unify the operations of gastroenterology services, with a focus on designing and executing specialty-specific operational strategies that drive financial sustainability, optimize resources, and expand consumer access. The successful candidate will be accountable for creating business frameworks that support long-term growth and will serve as a consultant to develop gastroenterology specialty-specific strategies and clinical standards in the context of the competitive landscape. Candidates for this role should have expertise in large-scale medicine or surgical specialties, with a preference for specific expertise in gastroenterology. The position requires a proven track record in dyad/shared leadership models, strong skills in strategic planning, financial management, and operational integration, as well as the ability to influence and align diverse stakeholders. A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required, with a Master's degree preferred, and a minimum of 7 years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare operations. Experience in both ambulatory and hospital-based environments, as well as a background in digital health, operational innovation, or academic partnerships, is also desirable.
