The successful candidate will be tasked with leading the launch and growth of this division, with a primary focus on client strategy and recruiting execution. This hands-on role demands a visionary and entrepreneurial leader who can develop and execute a business plan, including go-to-market strategies and sales goals. The VP will be responsible for driving growth, winning early clients, and building a scalable recruiting engine to attract and engage licensed behavioral health professionals in a competitive talent market. Key responsibilities include strategic leadership, business development, sales, recruiting, team leadership, and operational excellence.Applicants must have a minimum of 7 years' experience in behavioral health staffing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role, and a proven track record in sales, business development, and growing a division. Strong knowledge of the behavioral health ecosystem is essential, as is the ability to build and lead a high-performing team, foster a collaborative culture, and ensure operational excellence. The role requires excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, KPI-driven environment. A Bachelor's degree is required, with a Master's degree preferred.
