They get excited about construction projects as well as completing assignments on time. An individual who will do well in this position is self oriented, organized, a great communicator, and approachable. Comfortable working within a team environment at the project site. Key Responsibilities/SkillsPrepare and manage change orders Prepare and manage procure to pay process Administration of payment procedures Administration of back-charges and resolution of claims Interface with Project Controls and Project Leadership on changes and progress regarding Seller and Subcontractor management Interface with multiple departments and disciplines to evaluate Seller/Subcontractor performance, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations Interface with Business Services for invoice and document management resolution Interface with Seller/Subcontractors regarding proper documentation backup, contract procedures, and work under the direction of Project Controller(s)/Contracts Manager Oversee sub-contractors.
