Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)

We are seeking an experienced Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join a hospital-based team in a full-time, permanent role within an independent practice environment. This position offers a unique and highly desirable rotating schedule of two weeks on followed by one week off, totaling approximately scheduled working weeks per year and weeks off for personal time, vacation, CME, and holidays.During scheduled weeks, CRNAs typically work Monday through Friday from approximately 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM, with hours varying based on daily caseload. Weekends and holidays are call-only, with shared call responsibilities from home. Providers must be able to respond onsite within 30 minutes when called. Post-call days remain scheduled workdays; however, flexibility is built in to allow early dismissal following busy overnight shifts.In this independent practice setting, the CRNA will manage all aspects of anesthesia care, including general anesthesia, regional anesthesia, and monitored anesthesia care. Responsibilities also include providing acute pain services such as ultrasound-guided nerve blocks and epidural management. The role supports a wide range of specialties including general surgery, orthopedics, obstetrics and gynecology, cardiology, ENT, gastroenterology, pulmonology, urology, pain management, and podiatry.Ideal candidates will have at least three years of prior experience in independent practice, strong proficiency in ultrasound-guided regional anesthesia, and confidence in caring for obstetric, adult, and pediatric patients.
