The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker with the ability to implement and operationalize strategies in both payer and trade/distribution channels. This role requires a leader with a strong background in specialty pharmacy, buy and bill coverage, and reimbursement, who can build and lead teams to ensure a positive patient journey with the company's products. The VP will also be responsible for monitoring and analyzing data, coaching and developing team members, and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards. Candidates for this role at the company should have a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 15 years' of experience, with at least 3 years' at the VP level in market access. Experience in a commercial organization focused on product launches and a player-coach leadership style are essential. The role demands a general management mindset, the ability to influence across the organization, and a proven track record of leading and executing processes. The ideal candidate will be adept at managing multiple tasks, have excellent analytical and communication skills, and be proficient in Microsoft Office.
