Software Engineer Delivery Manager

Overview In this role you lead the delivery, maintenance and support of cloud platform components enabling Ford’s connected vehicle capabilities, including the Ford–Volkswagen Alliance integration. You will manage a global team, collaborating across engineering, product, service and partner organizations to drive cost, quality and delivery improvements in an always-on environment. This position blends technical acumen with leadership to execute the Converged Connectivity strategy and transform platform delivery. You will influence product lifecycle direction and shape complex, high-visibility initiatives with real-world impact.
