A company is looking for a California Litigation Attorney (Remote) on a part-time, engagement basis. Key Responsibilities Handle active litigation matters in federal and California state court, focusing on IP-related disputes and general commercial litigation Draft, revise, and file complaints, motions, and substantive pleadings, supporting litigation strategy from early pleadings through resolution Manage written discovery, initial disclosures, and document production with minimal oversight Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience as a litigation attorney, capable of running matters independently California law license in good standing J.D. from an accredited law school Strong experience in legal research, writing, motion practice, and discovery management Experience with federal litigation and discovery under the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure
