Project Manager
Project and Program Comms Lead- AI and Marketing – Marketing will support client's Marketing Technology & Enablement team in executing and scaling enterprise AI pilot initiatives. This contractor role is responsible for coordinating cross‑functional AI pilots, managing operating rhythms, synthesizing insights, and delivering executive‑ready communications that translate AI activity into clear business impact.This role focuses on program management, stakeholder coordination, storytelling, and progress tracking across multiple AI pilot workstreams. Key Responsibilities Manage day‑to‑day execution of multiple AI pilot workstreams, including timelines, dependencies, and decision trackingCollect updates from workstream owners and produce concise weekly summaries and executive‑level readoutsDevelop presentations, status reports, talking points, and narrative materials for senior leadershipTrack pilot goals, milestones, performance measures, issues, and risksSynthesize trends, themes, and insights across pilots to inform scaling and adoption decisionsDraft and coordinate communications across marketing, technology, and business stakeholdersPrepare agendas, pre‑reads, meeting notes, action logs, and follow‑up materials for key forumsOperate independently in ambiguous environments and proactively drive work forward Key Deliverables Structured program‑management cadence and tracking tools for AI pilotsExecutive‑ready presentations, dashboards, and briefing materialsClear storytelling connecting pilot outcomes to strategic business goalsCentralized repository of decisions, updates, and working materialsCross‑pilot trend and insight summaries to support scale recommendationsStakeholder communications and meeting outputs that improve alignment and execution speed Required Qualifications Significant experience in program or project management, marketing operations, consulting, communications, or Chief‑of‑Staff–type rolesExperience supporting enterprise AI initiatives, digital transformation programs, or complex cross‑functional workStrong presentation development and storytelling skills; ability to turn rough inputs into polished executive materialsProven ability to manage multiple workstreams, deadlines, and stakeholders simultaneouslyStrong analytical and synthesis skills (qualitative and quantitative)Excellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work independently and effectively in ambiguous environmentsAdvanced proficiency in PowerPoint and ExcelExperience using collaboration and project tools (e.g., Teams, SharePoint, Smartsheet, Asana, Monday.com, Airtable, or similar) Preferred Qualifications Experience in hospitality, travel, loyalty, or global consumer brandsExperience supporting senior executives, steering committees, or transformation officesWorking knowledge of enterprise AI use cases, pilot lifecycle management, and change managementAbility to identify adoption signals and business process impactsExperience with light research, trend analysis, or market scanningFamiliarity with basic data visualization or dashboarding
