Marketing Analyst
The Marketing Analyst role serves as a foundational stepping stone towards becoming a Marketing Manager. In this early career position, professionals will gain comprehensive knowledge and experience, preparing them to eventually lead strategic initiatives for one of our sales teams. This individual will write, design, and produce original thought leadership content, execute strategic campaigns that drive business, and grow to have broad latitude and creative control. The Marketing Analyst will work in tandem with Marketing and Sales colleagues to help develop, deliver and execute on goals while deepening use of marketing tools. This role, like all roles at First American, carries a high degree of responsibility.The Analyst will lead or support projects including, but not limited to:Campaign creationConference managementContent writingEmail outreachPresentation developmentMarket researchRequirementsBachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience, with at least 2 years of marketing experience, internship/co-op experience will be consideredAbility to independently generate and execute on ideasStrong attention to detail, organizational skills, and proactive communication styleInterest in gaining a deep knowledge of both content writing and design skillsAbility to work collaboratively, build group consensus, and deliver on commitmentsAbility to reinforce the value of marketing using data to support goal achievementExperience with Canva, InDesign, and B2B marketing will be considered a plusCompensation: $62,500 - $70,000
