Sr. Implementation Engineer

About the Role Senior Implementation Engineer on the Risk & Fraud Management Service Delivery team, responsible for delivering complex financial institution transformation initiatives—including mergers, acquisitions, core conversions, and platform migrations. The role ensures solutions are designed, configured, and implemented correctly to support seamless client transitions.Key Responsibilities Partner with clients and internal teams to understand business requirements and direct configuration duties.Develop and perform quality assurance checkpoints to ensure quality and timely delivery.Problem‑solve routine to complex issues.Create and implement tools that increase quality, security, and productivity.Track status and provide updates in relation to the overall implementation process.Execute and validate database merges, deconversions, and data migrations aligned to merger and conversion timelines.Author and maintain runbooks used during conversion events.Execute runbooks, validate configurations, troubleshoot issues, and provide production support through project completion, including weekend go‑lives as needed.Leverage emerging technologies such as AI and automation to improve delivery efficiency and support scalable implementation practices.Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a related field and 8+ years of experience.Strong MS SQL skills including database design and T‑SQL query language.Configuration and deployment experience with Web Services.Experience with data migration, Python, and other scripting languages.Familiarity with cloud hosting environments (Azure, AWS); VMware experience also applicable.Strong troubleshooting, diagnostic, and analytical skills.Excellent written and oral communication skills, including explaining technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.Strong people and teamwork skills, with an ownership mindset and a relentlessly positive disposition.Ability to train individuals 1‑on‑1 and in a classroom environment.Capacity to remain calm, diplomatic, and cooperative under stressful conditions.Fluent in English; authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. and no visa sponsorship will be provided.Financial Services and Enterprise Software experience beneficial but not required.Benefits Hybrid work opportunities.Flexible time off.Health & Wellness benefits, including competitive health insurance and paid parental leave for eligible new parents.Career development and mentoring programs.Community volunteering & company philanthropy programs.Employee peer recognition programs.Equity & EEO Statement We are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
