Telecommunications Operator

Operates the PBX system assuring a positive public image and ability to meet the telecommunication needs of all our customer groups. JOB REQUIREMENTS Minimum Education High School or Equivalent. Minimum Work Experience No previous experience Required Licenses/Certifications Required Skills; Knowledge; and Abilities Ability to use CRT monitor Handles emergency or crisis situations in a calmly matter. Subject to varying and unpredictable situations. Subjects to long irregular hours. Handles absentee replacement on short notice.
