The Janitorial team member will be responsible for maintaining clean, sanitary, and orderly conditions in assigned buildings or homes, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and wiping surfaces. Daily duties may include cleaning restrooms, kitchens, and common areas; emptying trash and recycling; restocking supplies; and reporting maintenance or safety issues. The role involves following established cleaning schedules and checklists, using cleaning equipment and products safely, and ensuring spaces meet company quality standards.Qualifications Strong skills in Janitorial Services and Housekeeping, including routine cleaning, sanitizing, and maintaining various types of spaces.Ability to provide courteous, responsive Customer Service when interacting with clients on-site.Willingness to participate in Training and follow company procedures, including safety and cleaning Reliable, punctual, and able to work on-site in Kokomo, IN for full-time shifts, including standing, bending, and lifting moderate weights.Attention to detail, good time management, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.Previous experience in janitorial, housekeeping, or facilities cleaning is preferred but not required; reliable transportation is beneficial.
