Education Associate/Attorney

Our client is seeking an Education Associate/Attorney to join their team of professionals in their Atlantic City, NJ office. Salary Range: $85k-$110kResponsibilitiesAssists Attorney in initial case evaluation and development of litigation strategy.Represents casino and hospitality clients in employment-related litigation, administrative proceedings, and internal investigations.Conducts extensive legal research and drafts correspondences, pleadings, discovery and motions.Prepares for and conducts depositions.Prepares for and participates in mediations, arbitrations, and trials.Assists in preparing settlement agreements, motions, and briefs.Performs other related duties, as assigned.Requirements:Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.Admitted to New Jersey Bar.Minimum of 1 year legal practice in education law, preferably for New Jersey.Benefits include: 401(k), Dental Insurance, Flexible Spending Account, Health Insurance, Holidays & Floating Holidays, Life Insurance, Paid Time Off, Vision Insurance and more!
