Request ID: 54080-1 Title: Technical Lead Locations: San Francisco, CA Duration: 6 Months Salary Range: $70 - $75/Hour on W2 (All inclusive) Key Responsibilities: Key Skills and Responsibilities • Expertise in Salesforce Health Cloud and/or any other Patient CRM platform/systems • Design and work closely with Architect to define end-to-end flow among various platforms/systems like Salesforce Health Cloud and AWS, ensuring a "single source of truth" for patient data. • AI Orchestration: Lead the development of Agentic AI solutions that process real-time data from the Data Lake to deliver proactive "nudges" to patients and case managers. • Expertise in AWS Services like Lambda, Glue, S3, Athena etc. • Expertise in developing custom AI Agents using AWS BedRock • Excellent ability to analyze complex data sets, troubleshoot issues, and optimize data workflows. • Creative problem-solving mindset to address technical challenges. • Ability to convey complex technical ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Data Governance: Ensure all digital solutions comply with Pharma-specific regulations (HIPAA and regional privacy laws). • Experience in Patience Engagement and Patient Service tools in Pharma Commercial domain Company Benefits & CultureInclusive and diverse work environmentOpportunities for professional growth and developmentComprehensive health and wellness benefits Appreciate your quick response and please feel free to reach me out for any query you may have.
