This role ensures infrastructure reliability, application performance, and functional/visual correctness across a public-facing, USWDS-themed website.What You'll DoDesign and execute test plans validating AWS infrastructure components (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, CloudFront, or equivalent services in use)Perform load, performance, and scalability testing to confirm the application performs reliably under expected government-user traffic patternsValidate infrastructure-as-code deployments (CloudFormation/Terraform) for consistency across dev/staging/production environmentsTest failover, backup, and disaster recovery configurationsConduct security and configuration testing aligned to ATO/FedRAMP or equivalent compliance requirements already established for the systemValidate AMS authentication integration functions correctly across environments and browser/device combinationsMonitor and test CI/CD pipeline deployments to AWS, ensuring smoke tests pass pre- and post-deploymentDocument defects, environment issues, and infrastructure risks using [Jira/Azure DevOps/etc.]Perform functional testing of Drupal pages against approved design specs (navigation, content blocks, standard page templates)Validate USWDS theme rendering and cross-browser/responsive behavior across the 6-item menu structureTest Section 508 / WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility compliance (contrast ratios, screen reader navigation, keyboard-only navigation, semantic HTML structure)Confirm content migration accuracy from legacy 11-section structure to the new consolidated IAValidate USWDS Accordion components (e.g., Ready Reserve, Awards archive) function and display correctlySupport regression testing after Drupal core/module updatesRequired QualificationsUS CitizenAbility to obtain and/or maintain a government clearance. 3 - 5 years of QA/testing experience, with demonstrated hands-on AWS testing experienceHands-on experience with Selenium (or similar tool) for automated testingKnowledge of Drupal 9/10 architecture and content structureFamiliarity with WCAG 2.1 AA and Section 508 accessibility standardsExperience with test case management and defect tracking tools (Jira, Zephyr, or similar)Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and cloud deployment workflowsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsExperience working in Agile development environmentPreferred QualificationsAWS Certification (Cloud Practitioner, SysOps Administrator, or Developer Associate)Experience testing government / public-sector web applicationsPrior experience with ATO / compliance-driven testing environmentsSection 508 accessibility testing certification or equivalent hands-on trusted tester experienceConcept Plus is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
