Location: Atlanta, GA 30314Schedule: Full-Time | Hybrid (3 Days In Office / 2 Days Remote)Position Type: Temporary | 6-Month AssignmentIMMEDIATE TEMP Webmaster and Digital Accessibility Manager Opportunity Available!We are partnering with a prestigious higher education institution in the Atlanta area seeking an experienced Webmaster and Digital Accessibility Manager to join its Public Relations and Communications team for a 6-month temporary assignment.This is an exciting opportunity for a technology and digital communications professional with a strong background in web development, digital accessibility, marketing analytics, UX/UI design, SEO, and content management. The ideal candidate will help maintain the institution's web presence while ensuring digital content is accessible, user-friendly, visually engaging, and compliant with industry standards.This is a hybrid position, requiring the selected candidate to work three days per week in the Atlanta office and two days remotely.Key ResponsibilitiesWeb Development & Website ManagementManage the day-to-day operations and overall integrity of the institution's website and digital properties. Respond to internal and external website update requests and ensure content is accurate, functional, and aligned with brand standards. Code, test, troubleshoot, and maintain webpages and digital documents using Cascade CMS and other content management platforms. Conduct regular website quality assurance checks to identify and resolve technical issues. Develop and maintain scripts, widgets, and web functionality using HTML, CSS, .NET, JavaScript, Python, and PHP. Support faculty and program microsites using Cascade CMS, Sitefinity, WordPress, and other web technologies. Identify emerging web development technologies and recommend solutions that improve productivity and the overall digital experience. Provide website traffic and usage reports, including analysis of key performance indicators and opportunities for improvement. Digital Accessibility & ComplianceLead efforts to improve the usability and accessibility of digital content across the institution. Ensure webpages, PDFs, videos, applications, and other digital materials meet applicable accessibility and compliance standards. Apply WCAG, WAI-ARIA, ADA, and Section 508 requirements to digital content and web development. Conduct accessibility and usability testing and identify opportunities for improvement. Work with vendors and internal departments to implement accessibility features and solutions. Develop guides, training materials, procedures, and best practices to promote digital accessibility. Research and recommend systems, policies, and procedures that support digital accessibility. Provide leadership, training, technical assistance, and advocacy related to digital accessibility. Marketing Analytics & SEOUtilize Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and Google Search Console to monitor website performance and user engagement. Track and analyze KPIs including website traffic, conversions, search performance, and user engagement. Develop strategies to improve search engine optimization and overall website visibility. Support enterprise-level SEO initiatives and identify opportunities to improve digital performance. Prepare monthly and ad-hoc website analytics reports for leadership. Use data and analytics to identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and areas for improvement. UX/UI & Digital StrategyApply strong knowledge of UX/UI design principles to create intuitive and effective online experiences. Evaluate website usability and recommend improvements based on user needs, analytics, and accessibility standards. Collaborate with communications, creative, marketing, and technology teams on interactive projects. Help ensure digital content, design, technology, and data work together to create exceptional online experiences. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Instructional Technology, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in web coding and website development. Strong understanding of Digital Accessibility and Compliance standards, including WCAG, WAI-ARIA, ADA, and Section 508. Hands-on experience with marketing analytics and measurement tools, specifically:Google Analytics 4 (GA4) Google Tag Manager Google Search Console Proven understanding and experience with UX/UI design and implementation. Strong coding experience with HTML, CSS, .NET, JavaScript, Python, and PHP. Experience maintaining and programming within Cascade CMS, Sitefinity, and WordPress. Strong understanding of enterprise-level SEO and digital content strategy. Experience conducting usability and accessibility testing. The ideal candidate will have a strong combination of web development and coding expertise, digital accessibility and compliance knowledge, marketing analytics experience, and UX/UI design skills. Candidates must be able to work hands-on with the institution's web platforms while also using data and accessibility standards to improve the overall digital experience.#IT123
