Sr. Analyst HRIS

We are seeking a Senior HRIS Analyst to support and optimize Human Resource Information Systems with a strong focus on Workday and payroll functionality. This role will act as a subject matter expert for HRIS systems, ensuring data integrity, system security, regulatory compliance, and seamless integrations while supporting reporting, audits, upgrades, and ongoing process improvements.Pay: $37-$65 hourlyJob Type: Full-time, ContractShift: 1stPlease send your resume to Noreen Singleton at nsingleton@smxstaffing.com if you are interested!Perks & BenefitsWeekly paychecksDirect Deposit or Cash Card pay optionsMedical / Dental Insurance$37.00 / Hr - $65.00 / HrEmployment Type & ShiftsFull TimeTemporary or Contract1st ShiftJob ResponsibilitiesServe as the regional subject matter expert for Workday HRIS, ensuring configurations meet global and regional requirementsMaintain, optimize, troubleshoot, and support Workday HRIS and payroll systemsSupport payroll configurations, general ledger updates, and system changes driven by state and federal mandatesDesign, run, and validate complex HR and payroll reports and queriesMonitor, test, and implement integrations, file feeds, and interfaces with third-party vendorsExecute audits and ensure data integrity, system security, and separation of dutiesCollaborate with HR and business stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutionsSupport system upgrades, testing, year-end processing, and special HRIS projectsDevelop and deliver training to HRIS users and provide ongoing end-user supportWork with external vendors to ensure accurate and timely data exchangeBachelor's degree (B.S.) or equivalent required2-5 years of progressive HRIS experience with a focus on data integrity, auditing, reporting, and system enhancementsStrong knowledge of Workday Payroll (required)Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, formulas)Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skillsProven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlinesStrong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teamsClose attention to detail and the ability to maintain confidentialityAssociate RequirementsBachelorsBackground CheckDrug TestMust be at least 18 years oldThe hourly rate for this position is anticipated between $37.00 - $65.00 per hour.
