Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled DevOps Engineer with strong expertise in Jenkins X and CI/CD automation to support enterprise-scale development and deployment initiatives. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience designing, building, and maintaining automated deployment pipelines while driving operational excellence across development and production environments.
This role requires a strong automation mindset, experience supporting mission-critical applications, and the ability to collaborate effectively across engineering, infrastructure, and security teams.
Required Qualifications
• 4+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer or in a similar role
• Strong hands-on experience building, maintaining, and supporting Jenkins X CI/CD pipelines
• Experience automating software release, deployment, upgrade, and delivery processes
• Proficiency in scripting and automation using:
• Python
• Bash
• PowerShell
•Experience with:
• Infrastructure automation
• Configuration management
• Monitoring and observability tools
• Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and SDLC best practices
• Experience supporting production environments, including:
• Incident management
• Root cause analysis
• Security vulnerability remediation
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with Kubernetes
• Experience working within Microsoft Azure cloud environments
• Azure DevOps Engineer Expert certification
• Experience supporting large-scale enterprise environments
Key Responsibilities
• Design, implement, and support Jenkins X CI/CD pipelines
• Automate build, release, deployment, and upgrade processes
• Develop and maintain infrastructure automation solutions
• Monitor platform health and improve observability across environments
• Troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis
• Partner with development, operations, and security teams to improve deployment efficiency and reliability
• Support security remediation efforts and continuous improvement initiatives
• Contribute to Agile development and DevOps best practices
Pay: $35.00 - $65.00 per hour
