They are looking to hire a Superintendent who can oversee field operations on complex lab, pharmaceutical, and biotech projects. What you'll do:Take full ownership of day-to-day field operations on Life Science projectsDirect and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and field personnel to maintain schedule and quality standardsLead jobsite safety, enforce OSHA regulations, and foster a strong safety cultureDevelop and maintain detailed logistics plans, phasing, and site utilization strategiesPartner closely with Project Managers to align field execution with budgets, schedules, and client expectationsManage inspections, quality control, and turnover processes to ensure successful project closeoutAct as the face of the project in the field, building strong relationships with clients, inspectors, and trade partnersWhat you bring:7+ years of experience as a Superintendent with a general contractorProven background on Life Science, laboratory, pharmaceutical, or other technically complex projectsAbility to manage large-scale ground-up and/or renovation projects $20M+Strong leadership, organization, and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and the ability to maintain a positive, collaborative jobsite environmentWhat's in it for you:Competitive base salary ($140,000 - $180,000+ DOE)Excellent benefits packageAnnual bonusOpportunity to lead high-profile Life Science projectsStrong growth potential within a rapidly expanding Life Science divisionA collaborative, team-driven culture that values safety, quality, and innovationPlease apply directly or reach out to a.stults@execusource.com to learn more!
