About Us:MatchPoint is a cutting-edge platform that transforms networking at events through AI-powered matching. We’re looking for an in-house Full-Stack Developer to join our team. In this role, you’ll work on our mobile app for iOS and Android, collaborating closely with a contract team that assists in development. We'd love to hear from you if you’re passionate about creating seamless and intelligent mobile experiences to revolutionize in-person networking!Role Overview:As our in-house Full-Stack Developer, you’ll work on front and backend development using React Native. You will also integrate various technologies, including Firebase, Google APIs, AppsFlyer, and the Apple development ecosystem. Additionally, you will collaborate with contract developers and internal stakeholders to ensure a robust, scalable, and high-performance app experience.Key Responsibilities:Development Projects:Take ownership of the frontend and backend development, ensuring smooth and responsive app performance.Write clean, efficient code using React, JavaScript, and HTML5 for web and mobile experiences.Collaborate with contract developers to ensure alignment on tasks, timelines, and project goals.Mobile App Integration:Work with Firebase for real-time data management and AppsFlyer for app analytics and attribution.Integrate and maintain Google APIs for various app functionalities.Ensure compatibility and optimization within the Apple development ecosystem. AI Integration:Contribute to AI-driven features with Python and Pinecone API, ensuring seamless integration with backend services.Cloud Infrastructure:Utilize AWS for cloud-based services, focusing on security, scalability, and performance.Required Qualifications:2+ years of experience in full-stack development on Mobile apps, with strong proficiency in React Native, JavaScript, and HTML5.Hands-on experience with OpenAI, Firebase, AppsFlyer, and Google APIs.Familiarity with the Apple development ecosystem for iOS development.Experience in cloud services, especially AWS, for app deployment and management.Experience with Pinecone or similar vector databaseStrong communication skills for working with contract developers and internal teams.Preferred Qualifications:Experience integrating AI/ML tools into mobile applications.Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and a collaborative team environment.What We Offer:Competitive salary and benefits package.Flexible working hours and remote work options.Opportunity to work with a talented team and directly impact the growth of an innovative platform.A supportive and collaborative work environment with a focus on cutting-edge technology.
