The Project Coordinator is highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform accurate data entry and reporting activities using enterprise systems.Support Project Managers by coordinating tasks, tracking requests, and distributing work.Assist with business process documentation, updates, and continuous improvement initiatives.Support project and program communications with internal and external stakeholders.Analyze data and prepare reports to support project and operational decision-making.Provide general administrative and operational support to the team as assigned.Required Skills & Competencies Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.Ability to multitask and work independently with minimal supervision.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Customer-focused approach with a professional and positive demeanor.Ability to take direction, feedback, and guidance from senior staff.Tools & Systems Microsoft Office SuitePeopleSoftAdobe Acrobat
