AI Project Coordinator
Supporting enterprise AI initiatives remotely, the full-time AI Project Coordinator will manage project coordination, communication, and execution efforts while collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive AI adoption and maintain project visibility.
Key responsibilitiesCoordinate day-to-day activities related to AI initiatives, including tracking timelines, milestones, and deliverables
Support AI governance by maintaining documentation, approval workflows, and facilitating training sessions
Prepare project updates and internal communications to keep stakeholders informed on AI project progressRequired qualifications2+ years of experience in project coordination, operations, or related roles
Hands-on familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT and practical business use cases
Strong communication and presentation skills for training and engaging users
Experience with project management tools like Jira, Asana, or Trello
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, fully remote environment
