Nurse Practitioner - Traumatic Brain Injury & Musculoskeletal CareSacramento, CAFull-Time 4x10 schedule Weekdays only OnsiteNew Grads Encouraged to ApplyWe are seeking a compassionate and motivated Nurse Practitioner to join our specialized outpatient team providing care for patients with Traumatic Brain Injuries (TBI) and musculoskeletal injuries. This is a rewarding opportunity to practice autonomously while working with a highly supportive, multidisciplinary clinical team.What You'll Do• Perform comprehensive assessments, histories & physical exams• Order and interpret diagnostics (labs, imaging, testing)• Manage neurologic & orthopedic patient care and treatment plans• Prescribe medications and therapies within NP scope• Perform procedures: Botox, Trigger Point Injections, Prolotherapy, ONBs• Maintain accurate documentation (SOAP/EHR)• Collaborate with multiple specialties & community resources• Travel to satellite sites up to 25% (local only)• Manage 12 patients/day (80% utilization)What We're Looking For• Active & unrestricted California NP license• Willingness to obtain Nevada license within 90 days• Valid driver's license• Strong clinical judgment & ability to work independently• New Graduate NPs welcome - training provided• No visa sponsorship availableSchedule• Full-time, 4x10 weekday schedule• No weekendsCompensation & Benefits• Productivity bonus• Medical, dental, vision• 2 weeks PTO + 11 paid holidays + 40 hrs sick time• CME support• 401(k) with employer match (after 90 days)• Travel reimbursement for satellite locations
