Hospitality Server

Overview At Pho Viet SA, we are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional guest services and a strong ability to work collaboratively with kitchen staff and fellow servers. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in creating memorable dining experiences for our guests while ensuring efficient service and adherence to sanitation standards. Responsibilities Greet and seat guests promptly, providing menus and information about daily specials. Take accurate food and drink order. Monitor tables for guest satisfaction, responding promptly to requests or concerns. Buss tables efficiently, clearing dishes and resetting tables for the next guests. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation of orders. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the dining area, adhering to health regulations. Requirements Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting preferred. Excellent communication skills with a focus on guest services. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Knowledge of sanitation practices and commitment to maintaining cleanliness standards. Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required. A positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential for success in this role.
