Registered Nurse - StepdownThis role involves providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced Stepdown unit, collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure positive patient outcomes, and utilizing EPIC EMR for accurate documentation. The nurse will maintain patient ratios of 1:4-5 during day shifts and 1:5-6 at night, working every other weekend. Key responsibilities include managing patient care, supporting team efforts, and adhering to clinical standards.Qualifications And SkillsMinimum of 2 years of experience in Stepdown or Progressive Care settingsActive nursing license in IllinoisEPIC EMR experience requiredCurrent BLS and ACLS certifications from AHA or Red CrossDriver’s licenseProfessional references from the last 24 months preferred
