Summary: As the Implementations Operations Manager, you will play a vital role in the success of our clients' journeys with Onbe. This person will be responsible for ensuring our teams are equipped with the requirements, tools, and training needed to perform optimally in their day-to-day related to organizational initiatives that enable our Implementations Operations to drive speed and accuracy while evolving to support product development and enhancement, operational efficiencies, and regulatory adherence. In this role, you will partner with team members to define, launch, and drive strategic and operational initiatives with key functions across the organization.
This role is hybrid and will work onsite two days per week at one of our locations: Chicago, Philadelphia or Dallas metro areas. Occasional travel may be required as part of this role.
Responsibilities
Establish and enable implementation best practices, and methodologies within the team and with internal partners to ensure consistent, efficient, 'white glove' execution that delivers clients' needs across all implementation teams.
Formulate, implement, and maintain long and short-range plans, policies, and documentation to support a consistent customer onboarding experience and the adoption of products that include focus on scale and productivity.
Train and enable team members on process changes, SOP updates, and product enhancements, by driving collaboration and approach in making recommendations with cross-functional teams for organizational initiatives.
Create, implement, and maintain standard processes and practices for new hires and existing talent to fulfill throughout onboarding and in-year.
Develop and execute operational transformation solutions as needed to support overall implementation objectives.
Set direction for the development and implementation of product, compliance, and operational rollouts, policies, and procedures.
Report on relevant KPIs and metrics.
Perform miscellaneous projects and duties as assigned.
Qualifications
3+ years of experience in sophisticated client-facing onboarding roles using proven implementation methodologies.
Experience with project management tools/software (Smartsheet, MS Project, etc.).
Demonstrated success in leading multiple cross-functional projects.
Knowledge of Microsoft programs, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Excellent communication, writing, and social skills, with the ability to establish trust and credibility with clients and internal partners.
Salary: The base salary range for this position is between $105,390 to $131,250, with eligibility for an annual bonus. We offer competitive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, wellness, 401(k) matching, unlimited PTO, work from anywhere, generous parental leave, and more.
