The candidate will be responsible for data management, report generation, and creating impactful presentations to support business operations and decision-making.Key ResponsibilitiesCreate and maintain MIS reports (daily, weekly, monthly) using ExcelAnalyze data and generate insights through dashboards and chartsDevelop professional presentations in PowerPoint for internal and client useHandle large datasets, perform data validation, and ensure accuracyUse advanced Excel functions (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, IF formulas, charts)Collaborate with different teams for data collection and reportingMaintain proper documentation and recordsSupport management with ad-hoc analysis and presentationsEnsure data confidentiality and timely delivery of reportsRequired SkillsStrong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, charts, dashboards)Hands-on experience with Microsoft PowerPoint (presentation design, formatting, storytelling)Working knowledge of Microsoft WordGood analytical and problem-solving skillsAttention to detail and accuracyStrong communication and coordination skillsAbility to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlinesPreferred Skills (Good To Have)Knowledge of Excel Macros / VBAExperience with dashboards or reporting tools (e.g., Power BI)Prior experience in MIS / reporting / admin rolesUnderstanding of KPIs and business metrics
