Our team takes pride in preserving the integrity and durability of structures while enhancing their aesthetic and functional value.Role DescriptionCyrus Masonry & Restoration is seeking a full-time Commercial Masonry Estimator / Business Development team member focused on commercial, industrial, municipal, and restoration masonry work.This is an in-office position focused on finding, tracking, bidding, and helping secure commercial masonry and restoration projects. This is not a residential sales position.Responsibilities:• Search and track bid opportunities through BidNet Direct, SAM.gov, BuildingConnected, Procore, property management companies, and general contractors• Attend site visits and pre-bid meetings as needed• Coordinate site visits with project managers• Review plans, specifications, and bid documents• Perform takeoffs and prepare estimates for masonry restoration and commercial masonry projects• Build relationships with property managers, municipalities, facility managers, and general contractors• Organize and manage bid schedules and project opportunitiesMandatory Requirements:• Minimum 3 years experience in commercial construction estimating• Masonry or masonry restoration estimating experience REQUIRED• Must be able to read blueprints and commercial specifications• Experience with commercial bidding platforms such as BuildingConnected, Procore, BidNet Direct, and SAM.gov strongly preferred• Strong communication, organization, and follow-through skills requiredThis position is focused strictly on commercial and restoration masonry work and long-term relationship building within the industry.Compensation based on experience.
