Hiring: ServiceNow Project ManagerWe are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Project Manager to lead modernization projects for a major client in New York.📍 Location: NYC (Remote)⏳ Duration: 12 Months⏱ Work Hours: 37.5/week🔹 Experience Required:• 7–9 years overall experience• Minimum 2+ years in Project Management• PMP Certification (Preferred)🔹 Key Responsibilities:• Lead end-to-end ServiceNow projects (planning to delivery)• Manage timelines, budget, and risks• Collaborate with business, IT, and vendors• Ensure successful implementation of ServiceNow solutions🔹 Must Have Skills:• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CMDB, CRM)• Excellent communication & stakeholder management• Strong planning, analytical, and problem-solving skills
