Office Manager (4 Days Onsite)Experience Required: 8+ yearsIndustry Requirement: Financial ServicesSchedule: Four days per week in-officeLocation: New York CityAbout the RoleWe are seeking an experienced, highly organized Office Manager to oversee day‑to‑day office operations and support a smooth, efficient workplace experience. This individual will play a key role in managing facilities, coordinating vendors, supporting leadership, and ensuring that office operations run seamlessly. Financial Services experience is required, and prior involvement in an office buildout is a strong plus.Key ResponsibilitiesOffice Operations & AdministrationManage daily office operations and ensure a professional, welcoming environment.Oversee facilities needs including maintenance, supplies, space planning, and equipment.Serve as the main point of contact for all office-related inquiries and issues.Implement and improve office policies, procedures, and operational workflows.Vendor & Facilities ManagementManage relationships with all vendors (cleaning, IT, security, contractors, supplies, etc.).Coordinate service scheduling, contract renewals, and budget oversight.Handle office repairs, upgrades, and operational troubleshooting.Buildout & Expansion SupportAssist with office buildouts, renovations, or relocation projects.Coordinate with architects, contractors, and leadership teams as needed.Support planning for space design, furniture, and vendor selection.Leadership & People SupportProvide administrative support to leadership as needed.Oversee or mentor junior administrative staff (if applicable).Assist with onboarding logistics for new employees.General Administrative DutiesManage office calendars, shipping, mail, and inventory.Coordinate meetings, visitors, catering, and in‑office events.Ensure compliance with office safety and security protocols.Maintain accurate records, vendor files, and operational documentation.Qualifications8+ years of office management or administrative operations experience.Financial Services experience is required (banking, asset management, private equity, hedge funds, fintech, etc.).Experience managing vendors, facilities, and day‑to‑day office logistics.Prior experience with office buildouts or expansions strongly preferred.Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.Comfortable working onsite four days per week.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, professional environment.
