The EC role is indispensable and integral, ensuring clients andcandidates receive a consistent white glove experience. Over the course of a search, an effective EC willfunction similar to a project manager owning our client/ candidate journey from start to finish. An EC willbe accountable for managing scheduling, interfacing with C-suite executives both internal and external,travel coordination, document creation, database maintenance, and expense reporting.Key ResponsibilitiesOwns the search calendar, prioritizes appointments and works directly with partners, clients, andcandidates to define the search scheduleSupports Partners with BD-related scheduling, expense reconciliation and calendar managementMaintains Thrive database of all search-related candidate and client informationCoordinates travel for partners and candidates- both domestic and internationalProcesses expense reporting for partners and candidatesAbout YouFlexible: able to pivot at a moment's notice, adapt and prioritize to changing environmentsOrganized: process driven, obsessed with the details and accuracy- getting it right the first timeProblem Solver: independent thinker, proactively finding solutions to overcome obstacles bothsimple and complexProfessional: excellent communication skills, orally and in writing; confident and self-awareBusiness Acumen: understands the big picture; knowledge and interest in operations and strategy, holistic understanding of evolving business needsQualificationsUndergraduate degree preferredMinimum of 3 years experience supporting partners/senior level executives in an executivesearch firm, professional services firmProficient skills using Apple and G-SuiteProven track record of managing numerous projects and competing demands with tight deadlines and daily/weekly deliverablesWe may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses and identifying potential inconsistencies or verification signals in application materials based on available information.
