Job Details: Coverage Date: ASAP - Ongoing Mon - Fri 8 hour shifts; Saturday and Sunday 12 hour shifts Weekend Requirements: Yes On-Call Requirements: No Other Details: Board Certified Required Must have Active FL License and DEA Average Time to Credential: 120 Days Types of Cases: Case mix includes: Trauma, General, Ortho, Robotic GYN, OB, Endo, and bread and butter cases. CRNA supervision is Required. 10 ORs - two rooms are Cardiac Majority Case Type: heavy on vascular, ortho trauma, robotic GYN, and Surg.
