Analyzing premium / discount factors that will adjust the capitalization rate to value a company. Imputing data for a discounted cash flow analysis. Reconciling values from multiple valuation approaches. Making adjustments to a company's balance sheet to determine the equity value of a company. Reviewing and analyzing company agreements to perform a discount analysis. Reviewing and analyzing company agreements and convertible note terms to perform stock option, convertible notes and warrant analyses. Adjusting shareholder interests based upon gifts made or stock options issued to bring them to fair market value. Analyzing market and company data to determine company weaknesses and threats. Drafting valuation reports with the excel charts and explanations of the analysis performed. Template development for exit planning process. Ongoing market research projects. Research and write articles and white papers on various valuation and exit planning topics. Ongoing input of contact data into databases for marketing purposes. Ongoing telemarketing to prospects for new business development. Other projects that will arise from time to time.
