Insurance CoordinatorVillage Dental Family and Sedation Care is excited to hire an insurance coordinator. Our insurance team is centrally located in North Raleigh and collaborates to provide insurance support to our four locations. Our ideal candidate has a minimum of one year of dental office experience. Eaglesoft experience is a plus, but not required. Our team specializes in: Dental insurance verifications Insurance breakdowns accurately entered into practice software Explaining dental insurance coverage and benefits to patients Following up on outstanding dental claims Posting insurance payments We are looking for someone who is passionate about attention to detail, helping patients and enjoys working in a team environment.
